There hasn't been a post here in a while and the last one seems misplaced at best. I wanted to get some feedback on what you may do to stay phisically fit in today's techno, on demand world. Fast everything and supersized. With exercise taking a backseat and obesity on an ever increasing rise it's not hard to see the diconnected state people live in with regards to their bodies. I have exercise equiptment at home and use this 3 times a week and for about one hour each time. When I have my days off I practice Pilates with my wife, which is alot more difficult than it looks. I have noticed this mentality that bigger is better when it comes to being physically healthy, fitness that lasts, bigger isn't better. Do you guys find exercise an important part of connecting with self and source? Do you feel better or feel that it's a burden? Or maybe you just don't have time. Any feedback on supplements used or vitamins that have helped with stress would be cool too.

I target (9) hours of exercise per week, whether it be weight lifting, racquetball, cardio, running, or whatever.

If I don't work out, I'm crabby and I know it.

As for which supplements to take for stress NONE. Exercise alone will relieve stress. If you are going to take supplements, then take them for any reason other than for stress.

Me? I believe supplements are only designed to supplement eating right and exercising often; rather than a replacement for those two activities.

That sounds like it's a well rounded routine, good for you. Are you less ill when it comes to flu season? I find that exercising, like you said, helps with stress which in turn seems to help with sickness. I do find though, that sometimes I like to just lift hard and other times I do deep stretching with the wife, which can make more sore than weights. Well thanks for your reply.
