Hi, I hope everybody is having a great day. D

I just returned from a great workout and I feel energized and ready to live life to the fullest. This post is to encourage everybody to make physical activity a part of their daily life. The positive energy that flows through a club is indescribable, if you were to sit and watch people as they entered a gym and then exited you will no what I mean. I always try to make note of my feelings when I go in and then leave and about ninety five percent of the time when I leave my energy level and happiness has doubled from when I got there. The great thing about a gym is there is something there for everybody, for example most gyms have classes you can join free of charge ranging from yoga to swimming to bicycling, not to mention all the cardio machines , free weights and universal machines.

No matter what your goals are, the gym is a great place to start, even if it is only 2-3 times a week for 20 minutes I guarantee you will notice a difference in your approach to everyday encounters.
