Suicide

Hi,
Dr Dyer will probably not read to this letter, but I wanted to say to him that I am desperate in trying to realise this life. In passing by having a Baccalauréat in psychology (wanted to be at the service of others), folowing a psychotherapy for more than 10 years, Meditation, prayers to be what Gods knows better for me, and many, many physiological approachs to solve a colon problem for 12 years, I find myself today (as of so many times...) desperate in front of my 42 years life that is, mostly, suffering (psychological & physical) and strugguling in trying to find happiness IN VAIN. The only solution that appears to me then is to end this so futile battle for love & happiness. I am so exhausted. HELP !

I want to talk with you - but it will have to wait a bit - later tonight - perhaps in a hour. Ending the "futile battel" is not the answer - let's talk later - I promise you I will be here.

Feel better now, that was a very BAD weekend since a while.
Maybe going so down made me come up after & realise some improvements made (after > 10 years of work) ?

Glad to hear you're ok. You were in my thoughts (as well as Ron's) this past week!

The most important relationship you can cultivate is the one with yourself...but I'm sure you already knew that. D Loving yourself is so important --not only for your well being, but so that you can give of yourself to others. You know how Wayne talks about how you can only give away what's inside of you... and it's so true.

Just a random person who read your letter and I want let you to know that I am praying for you and I know that you probably have a lot more going for you than you think. For one thing, there actually is someone who cares enough about you to write you this letter.
Don't lose despair and if you don't already have one , get a dog.
