According to Wayne Dyer...only depressing thoughts? What's the source of your distorted thinking? I know everyone has dull days from time to time. Usually caused by feeling unloved, lack of money, feelings of helplessness and hopelessness. Lack of direction, being stuck in an unfulfilling job. Perceived "Pain" emotional or physical is a warning that something is wrong or out of balance. Some things I have done when in crisis such as this -- is stop what your doing and take a better look at your life. Go for a walk in nature. Meditate daily. Talk to someone who you admire who seems to be doing what you want to be doing,
read inspirational literature. And finally realize that you're a spiritual being having a human experience, not the other way around. The only reason why people feel "bad" is because they feel disconnected from their source -- meditate daily to the sound of AH, and affirm that you are a divine creature worthy of God's blessings. Life will get better -- I assure of that. Stop thinking about what you don't have or what you don't want. ACT as IF what you desire is already a part of your life.
