Subliminal Tapes or CD, has anyone gotten results from them?

Hi, my question is has anyone gotten results listening to Subliminal tapes? I've listened to Potentials Unlimited Hypnosis/Subliminal CD's and tapes. the percentage of success I've received from the Subliminal audio as compared to the Hypnosis side I don't know, but it seems that after I listen to the Subliminal audio, I do things that I wouldn't normally do like exercise or study or get things done that are very positive and moving forward. Maybe it is subconscious and I am getting subconscious empowerment from these CD's I am using at present. I used the SElf Confidence Hypnosis/Subliminal tape in the mid 80's and thought I was more self confident afterwards.

So I would have to say that for me the Subliminal audio works for me at least as far as the Potential's Unlimited CD and tape I listened to. I'm not saying all Subliminal tapes work for me, because I've used some that didn't seem to work.
So maybe the combination of Hypnosis/with Subliminal audio seems to be an effective combination.

The only subliminal tapes I have are the ones included in Anthony Robbins Personal Power series. It says that it will take approximately 30 hours of listening to see results.

I have used subliminal tapes and CD's and the Holosync for meditation. I know they help me because I have that awareness of serenity and faith that it works. I like the idea of stimulating the connection between the right and left brain hemisphere with the holosync technology.
