Dyer says that you can get in the gap as he says, anywhere in a crowed street, at a parking light etc. I meditate at home and edging my way for the practice to become habit, but when I'm at school I would like to be able to get in the gap. I have a 1 1/2 break between one of my classes and I used to be able to go to the next classes room where no one where there for a long time. I did it then but people are coming in the classroom earlier, I try to close my eyes and repeat what Dyer says in the cd from the getting in the gap cd, but its difficult. Anyone have any tips?
