Carlos Castaneda quote on acting, not thinking

"A man of knowledge lives by acting, not by thinking about acting, nor by thinking about what he will think when he has finished acting. A man of knowledge chooses a path with heart and follows it; and then he looks and rejoices and laughs; and then he sees and knows" - Carlos Castaneda

While I know that Carlos's quote (most likely from the 1970s) is not gender politically correct, his message is clear

Think less, act more...be in the present moment.

What did you get out of it?

Albert Schweitzer said "Example is not the main thing in influencing others - it's the only thing." Castenda and many others have given a strong example of ways that worked for them - we can learn from those lessons. )

Okay, what are actions? Where do they come from? Are they not first a thought, then manifested into an action? The Course tells us that we can not teach the meaning of Love - it is beyond us to even try - but what we can do is demonstrate Love. Words are but symbols with the only meaning is what we have given them. Actions are our thoughts visible to others.
