The First Secret - "To Have a Mind That is Open to Everything and Attached to Nothing."
Comments For me this means just as it reads – that my mind is to be open to everything, not just something and not others, but to all things. And being open to all things means that I have no attachments to anything. Just in the First Secret alone I can find Inner Peace. No attachments to anything and being open minded is being in the moment, the present, the now – no past and no future.
What is your take on this first step? How often are there with a mind that is open to everything and still attached to nothing?
